Directions from Kovan MRT:
Take Exit C to Upp Serangoon Rd bus stop, board on bus service 80/81/82/101/107/136/153 and alight 2 stops later. Landmarks include Upp Serangoon Shopping Centre (on the left) and Pats Schoolhouse (on the right). After alight, cross the road by overhead bridge and walk into Yio Chu Kang Road for about 150m distance and we are on your right.
Special note: Bus 136 from Kovan MRT will take you directly just beside Space@Kovan. From Kovan MRT bus stop, take bus 136 and alight 3 stops later.
